Everything you need to know about managing your subscription, applying discount codes, accessing invoices, and resolving billing issues in Magai.

How to Apply Discount Codes

You can apply a discount code when subscribing to a Magai plan. Just look for the “Add promotion code” field during checkout:

Important Notes:

  • Codes are case-sensitive – double-check spelling.

  • Expiration dates apply – make sure your code is still valid.

  • Codes may be plan-specific – some only work on monthly or annual subscriptions.

  • Can’t apply mid-subscription – discounts apply at the time of purchase. If you're already subscribed, the code will apply to your next billing cycle.

If you entered a valid code and it’s not applying, contact support and we’ll help sort it out.


Payment Declines

If your payment fails, you might see an error or be unable to complete the checkout process.


Common reasons for failed payments:

  • Card declined by bank (most common).

  • 3D Secure (3DS) authentication wasn’t completed.

  • Insufficient funds or card limits.

  • International card restrictions – some banks block global digital services.

  • Link or Stripe service issues – occasionally, third-party services can have outages.

How to fix it:

  1. Double-check your card details.

  2. Contact your bank to approve the charge from Magai.co / Stripe.

  3. Try another card or payment method.

  4. Retry in a few minutes if there was a temporary issue.

📌 If you’re located in a country with regional payment restrictions, you may be unable to complete checkout or renew your subscription. These restrictions are set by our payment processor and unfortunately cannot be bypassed or adjusted on our end.
We’re not able to offer troubleshooting for these cases, but if you're unsure whether your country is affected, feel free to contact support and we’ll be happy to confirm for you.


Invoices & Receipts

Where to find them:

  1. Go to your Magai Dashboard.

  2. Click on Billing under Account Settings.

  3. You’ll see a full history of charges, invoices, and downloadable receipts.

Can’t find your receipt? Email support with your account email and the approximate date of the charge, and we’ll send it your way.


Refunds & Unexpected Charges

We get it—mistakes happen. Here's how to request a refund or get clarity on charges.


How to request a refund:

  • Contact support with:

    • The email used for your account.

    • The charge date and amount.

    • The reason for your request.

  • Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours.

Refunds are usually granted up until 30 days of billing


See a charge you didn’t expect?

Check if:

  • It’s your monthly renewal.

  • You signed up under a different email.

  • A teammate activated a subscription under your payment method.
