Magai allows you to easily share chat conversations, folders, images, and other content with your team members for collaboration. However, you have full control over what exactly gets shared and who has access.
By default, all content like chats, folders, images, Personas, brands and prompts created in your Magai account are private. But you can selectively choose to make them visible and accessible to other users on your team.
How to Share a Chat
To share a specific chat conversation with your team, you will see a share button. When you click on the share button you can create what’s called a share group.
A share group is a one or more people who have a specific set of permissions.
There’s three different levels of permissions:
View – which means user can only view the content, they cannot edit it or delete it
Edit – which means user can edit the content or and view it
Delete – which gives user a full capability to view, edit and delete the content
To create a share group you need to select which level of access you want your team members to have. You can select all or you can select them one at a time to have view, edit or delete access to a specific piece of content then hit save.
You can create another share group that has different permissions and up to three different share groups with different permissions levels. You can edit that share group, delete it entirely or remove people from it, hit save and that will update the share group.

Creating share group applies not only to chats but also to folders, images, prompts, Personas and brands.
