If you're experiencing an issue where you can't type in the prompt box within Magai, this is most commonly related to your account's word usage limits.

Understanding the Issue

When you reach your monthly word allocation limit, Magai prevents you from entering new prompts until your allocation refreshes or your plan is upgraded.

How to Check Your Usage Status

  1. Navigate to the Usage page in your Magai dashboard

  2. Review your current word usage for the month

  3. Check if you've reached or exceeded your plan's word limit

Solutions

If you've confirmed you've reached your word limit, you have several options:

  • Wait for Reset: Your word allocation will automatically reset at the beginning of your next billing cycle

  • Top Up Your Words: Purchase additional words for the current month without changing your subscription plan

  • Upgrade Your Plan: Consider upgrading to a higher-tier plan with greater word allowances

Additional Troubleshooting Steps

If you've verified you still have words available but are still experiencing issues:

  • Try refreshing your browser

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Try using a different browser

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable

  • Check if the issue persists on a different device
