Token use for a chat lives in Chat Information. Magai V3 does not show a High Context Notice.
Where to see tokens
Open a chat at app.magai.co.
Click the information (i) icon in the top-right of the chat header.
The Chat Information panel opens.
Conversation Size shows how many tokens this chat is using, and what percent of the model's context window that is. Under the bar it says: "This shows how much of the AI model's context window is being used by your conversation."
What context means
Context is the conversation history sent with each new message so the model can stay on topic. As the chat grows, Conversation Size goes up.
Auto Compress
Chat Information also has Auto Compress. When it is on, Magai summarizes a long conversation before sending it to the model. You can set Compress Token Threshold (from 10,000 to 900,000 tokens, within the model's limit) or click Compress Chat.
Usage
Monthly usage still follows each model's usage multiplier in the model picker. Chat Information does not show a separate high-context surcharge or extra charge every 10,000 tokens. To keep context smaller, start a new chat when a topic is done, or compress a long one.
