How our refund policy works
If you request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, you will receive a full refund for the amount paid. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after an approved refund request is received.
Refund restrictions
Magai is unable to offer refunds for purchases made more than 30 days after the initial purchase.
Magai also reserves the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion. If we believe our service has been abused or our Terms of Service have been violated, we may issue a partial refund or no refund.
